Thank you U-Haul of Muskegon! Tristan and Josh were amazing. So happy! I recently had the pleasure of using U-Haul for my moving needs, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. From the initial booking process to the final return of the truck, everything was smooth and efficient. The customer service team was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions and providing useful tips for my move. The truck itself was in great condition - clean, well-maintained, and easy to drive. Heat worked super fast and it was very clean. Handled like a dream too. I was particularly impressed with the variety of moving equipment available for rent, which made packing much easier and more organized. The movers the website recommend were stellar as well, Michigans Best Movers (ask for Rohn and Luis! They are so professional and understanding.) The pricing was transparent and very reasonable, especially considering the high quality of service and equipment. What stood out most, however, was the flexibility U-Haul offered. I had to change my return date last minute, twice, and they accommodated me without any hassle every time. This level of customer-focused service is rare and much appreciated. Overall, my experience with U-Haul was outstanding. They made a typically stressful process feel manageable and even pleasant. I would highly recommend U-Haul of Muskegon to anyone in need of reliable and affordable moving services and moving help.

It was easy to reserve on line. Pick up and drop off was very fast and convenient. Employee was pleasant. Have used in past and will continue to use in future if need be.

Best Uhaul experience I've ever had. Reasonable, kind, efficient, helpful staff. I'll drive extra to this specific store just to have the stress free experience I just had at this store. They won't try to sneak in extra charges for "damage" to the truck. The app wouldn't load and William refunded the amount that was added due to my phone not loading the reservation.

William was friendly and super knowledgeable! He took time to answer all of my questions and make sure I felt safe/comfortable, as it was only my second time pulling a trailer. I would highly recommend this location!

Cane is the man. We use a LOT of 20lb propane tanks for heaters and fires in the Fall and filling them locally has become a chore. Young people that don't know how to donit or slow service everywhere. Cane filled my 4 20lb tanks in about 3 minutes and took my payment at the pump. He was duper friendly and happy to help. Sounds like this is a basic task, I will tell you it isn't around here. Uhaul is my new stop all Fall for this! Thanks Cane!
